Careful when booking here. Booked for NYE dinner and was told at the gate that they were not accepting reservations from outside the hotel. When I showed the guard that opentable was booking people he was shocked. Make sure you call them and see if they will let you come in if you are not at the hotel

We paid a taxi all the way from Playa del Carmen. 20 usd each way. The restaurant is inside a hotel that is not close so make sure you add 40 usd to your meal as it is advertised as in playa but it’s not. When we arrived we were sent back by the hotel entrance guard due to COVID. I was never told that the hotel only allows their guests to go to the restaurant. Even though I had changed the reservation a number of times. Very disappointed with open table and the restaurant for lack of communication. I’d like a reimbursement for my 40!usd.
