Welcome to Botanica, a beloved destination for seasonal California cooking in the heart of Silver Lake, Los Angeles. Join us for creative, farmers market-driven cuisine, an exceptional natural wine program, and seasonal cocktails (including zero-proof!). We source beautiful produce from local farms, wild Pacific seafood, responsibly raised meat, and spices from across the globe. Dishes are vibrant, fresh and comforting, with abundant Mediterranean and Mexican influences.

We offer three areas for seating: Our beautiful indoor dining room and bar; our lush, cozy covered back patio; and our plant-filled, covered side patio (weekend brunch only).

We are open Wednesday through Sunday for brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner - and be sure to browse our bottle shop & culinary market!

For groups of 8-14, we offer a lovely multi-course family-style set menu. Our menu changes with the farmers market and seasons, and we can accommodate nearly all dietary restrictions. In "Special Requests," please note any dietary restrictions or preferences, as well as details about any special events. We'll be in touch via email to confirm your final menu. We look forward to hosting you! $55 per person for food (not including sales tax & gratuity). Women-owned 💖, vegetable 🥕 forward, part restaurant, part market 🛒, with a gorgeous patio too. Save this one for next dinner 🍽️ out!

One of the best farm to table meals in LA. 🫜🥬Botanica's patio is so perfect for summer, and they somehow make every vegetable taste insanely complex and flavorful. The burger with salsa verde and magic spice was beyond. And I truly don't know how they get the trout skin to be as crispy as it it (seriously, we struggled to cut it - and it was incredible). The fried capers and Calabrian chile oil on the tuna crudo were such a new and thoughtful preparation, I've never had anything like it!! I can't say whether the food, service, or ambiance were good or not because of the constant waving-away of flies that my friend and I had to do. Basic knowledge for any restaurant: a fly problem feels like a cleanliness problem. I never want to eat here again.

Very disappointed, super noisy & busy. Food was good but portions small & overpriced. Only 1 bathroom working so had to wait my turn thru 2 people. Restaurant was not clean & bathroom filthy & needs a major refresh

We love the food here! Excellent ingredients, great dishes, soothing vibe and really kind service. We’d come more often but parking can be hard to find. But we’ll be back sometme soon!

Botanica is a beautiful space and the food is exquisite. Highly recommend. It did take me 35 minutes to find a parking space, but that is Silverlake on a Friday evening for you.
