We had 10 people in our party, it was a birthday dinner for 2 of them, our waitress seemed overwhelmed, got orders wrong and the food came out 2 or 3 plates at a time, it took 30 min to get all the food to the table. A table of 7 nearby got all their meals at the same time tho. One of our meals the meat was bad, another the hamburger was cooked wrong and she got the wrong fries and wrong beer, we talked to the manager and he discounted us the 2 meals and beer. However we will not be returning to this restaurant.

We reserved a table for 7:30pm, but upon arrival, we were told to wait 30-45 minutes despite having a reservation. The front of house staff was quite rude about the situation. If they accept reservations, they should ensure guests are seated on time, as it ended up taking us over an hour to be seated.

The staff especially the service were the champs except for the Caucasian staff member who was rude to my deaf husband upon our arrival for the reservation. Other than that the lunch was delicious!! ✨👍🏽✨

We usually have a good experience at BJ's, but tonight my husband's prime rib was tasteless. He tried adding the au jus, but it was too salty. Also, the waitress must have been new or poorly trained. She forgot to bring my husband's soup, didn't ask a which side dishes he wanted and didn't remember to offer our dessert which were all part of special entree. It was up to us to remind her about everything. I hope that someone in charge will make sure that the wait staff is properly trained or they may notice a further decrease in customers.

I had the appetizers tray it had a little bit of everything. It was good. They pizza was not that good and had to send it back. The pizza was over cooked and the bottom of the pizza was very hard to chew. The second pizza was better.

Our reservation was at 5:00 pm. We checked in and we were taken to our table( which we had to stand around while they separated 2 adjoining tables to fit our group of 5 ). After several minutes we were offered menus and had drink orders taken. 10-15 minutes later our server(Shane) showed up take our food orders. That was the last we saw of our server until our food arrived 45 minutes later( at this point we had been seated for over an hour). After finally getting our food, server Shane said the French dip sandwich($20) my mother in law received looked like a Arby’s sandwich ($5). Unfortunately it didn’t get much better from there as 3 out of 5 meals had issues. Cold Jambalaya, luke warm soup and Santa Fe salad with little to no seasoning. Poor service, unsatisfactory food equals no return visits to this location.

Definitely a place you should go to on a NON Holiday occasion. Service took quite a bit of time, but the Manager was extremely nice. Comping our appetizer and Son's meal, due to our own food taking 45 minutes to come out.

We went for Mother’s Day’s and I was very happy we settled in at BJs. The service was really good today, and the moms in our party really appreciated the Mother’s Day wine glasses. The food was good although the prime rib was a little too dry. And of course the beer is always good. Good job today BJs!
