Great food. They are a private club so we were shocked we were able to book them. They did seem a little understaffed but they were very accommodating

Came here for valentines dinner and was a bit disappointed that whole venue was moved from Aperture to some ballroom in the other side of the floor to accommodate all guests. It was extremely cold in there to the point that my lady did not take the jacket off and used mine to cover her legs. Drink menu was limited to like 5 different cocktails and you can't order anything else from the bar. Tables were small and wobbly with plastic chairs. I did like how they decorated tables with flowers and stuff and good was actually very good. Whole idea behind this was to experience nice cozy atmosphere with stunning views and full bar but insted we were put in a ice box with plastic chairs and tables, whole room looked like speed dating venue. Basically they just tried to fit as many people as possible and make as much as possible, im not suprised this days to be honest.

The traffic to get there was difficult as was getting to underground parking. After that everything went well. Very good food and holiday motif to set the tone. Performers were very good and experience was pleasant.

The experience felt more like a wedding reception than a valentines night dinner. It was situated inside of a large ballroom with small tables set up inside. It was overcrowded and the live band play 3-5 minutes at a time then took a 30 minute break. Overall I was highly disappointed, not special, not memorable and definitely not upscale. Oh and one more thing, it was marketed with great views but the room was set where you could hardly see the view and the blind were drawn down for most of the night. Not going back .

I took the waitress almost 15 minutes to approach me for a drink. It took an additional 10 minutes to get the drink. Then it took an additional 15 minutes to get the first course.

Great location, excellent service, and delicious food. We were a bit puzzled—and honestly a little appalled—by the compulsory 20% “chef charge,” plus the usual 20% service gratuity, bringing the total extra to around 40% on top of food and drinks. For those accustomed to high-end dining, this might feel standard, but it’s still a significant addition. Thankfully, we visited during the DineLA special, which made it a very good deal overall.
