What an absolute gem! We ate at The Rusty Oven last night and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The wood-fired sourdough base was perfectly crisp, light and packed with flavour, while the toppings were fresh, generous and beautifully balanced. Every bite was delicious. The atmosphere is just as special as the food—relaxed, quirky and full of character. Hidden away behind Patsy Dan’s, it feels like discovering a little secret garden. The staff were warm, welcoming and made the whole experience even better. If you’re anywhere near Dunfanaghy, make sure you visit. Outstanding pizza, fantastic atmosphere and an experience we’ll definitely be back for. Highly recommended!

Fab, different & interesting dinning experience. Food with a subtle twist. Everything was delicious & beautifully presented. We ate from the snack, meat, sides & desert menus, flavours were tantalizing & left you looking forward to the next dish. Wine & beer we chose were smooth full of flavour complementing the food. The service was excellent, all the TSK team were attentive, lovely to chat with & took pride in providing a wonderful dinning experience. The restaurant itself is small and intimate, you can watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen, yet on a rather warm evening we were very comfortable. We didn't feel encroached on by other diners, conversation was free flowing throughout the restaurant but not noisy. The lovely surprise served with desert by the chefs themselves was a perfect ending to our evening.

This was our first trip to Ayo having been recommended we go by several people and it did not disappoint. What a beautifully and tastefully decorated restaurant with really friendly wait staff. They choice on the menu was varied and a good mix. I tried the chefs special for the day which was a salmon teriyaki box. This was delicious. My husband had the salt and chilli tempura squid for starters followed by the street sambal butter chicken which he said was unbelievably good. This is a little gem of a place that deserves every success. Would thoroughly recommend.
