We arrive knowing the food will be excellent and reflect the Chef’s interpretation of the dish. And, his interpretation is typically a home run with us- great ingredients beautifully cooked. Try the Parmesan Truffle funnel cake- elegant, delicious and beautifully balanced flavors of balsamic vinegar, parm, light truffle essence. The salmon entree was excellent and, they will serve a limited number of a tremendous burger- caramelized onions, a house sauce, cheese if you want and perfect ground beef on an excellent brioche (I think) bun. And, the fries, always come out hot and are perfection. Their bartender is a drink genius and will make you the best of whatever your fav is, the best one you’ve had. The wine list has an interesting selection and the bartender can provide a helpful suggestions for matching wine and food.
