First, but not LAST, timer to Manchego. Restaurant was firing on all 8 cylinders! Hospitality was tops and at fair price for super quality eating experience. Vibe was cool and our waitress, the kitchen, and all staff were on point. Birthday celebration that was very memorable and made possible when we took a chance with Manchego. Con mucho gusto! Nosotros volveremos!

Amazing food and service. Loved the music, just a bit loud at times. I would highly recommend the meatballs and deviled eggs.

This is our 4th time here. The food that is always on the menu tends to be better than the new additions. Had a reservation but weren’t seated until 30+ minutes after (there’s a table that they thought to be opened up soon having paid, but then the party didn’t leave entire time we were waiting). Complimentary sangria was provided but it tested our patience quite a bit…

The warm ambiance and friendly staff made for a delightful experience. We started with the deviled eggs, which was perfectly seasoned, and for the main course, the grilled octopus and the steak which both were delicious and flavorful. The presentation of each dish was beautiful, adding to the overall enjoyment.
