Caroline's Table is a unique farm to table restaurant in the heart of the Eastern Shore. Chef Ken Zellers sources locally grown and harvested seafood, proteins and vegetables and works magic to elevate them into a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is housed in a historic building that has been lovingly restored. It was formally the town doctors house with his office in a small adjacent building. In addition to the main restaurant, THE SIDEBAR is located in the small building and serves up more casual fare including house made sourdough pizzas, fresh soups, salads and unique charcuterie boards. Reservations are encouraged for Caroline's Table and can be made by calling/texting the restaurant directly at 410-490-4495.     Steve our server came over took our drink order. He told us the specials and then gave us a few minutes. We ended up ordering 4 specials to share. 2 appetizers first one was a shrimp wrapped in bacon with a beautiful sauce. Was EXCELLENT. The 2nd was a Beef Wellington also amazing to taste. We also ordered a Duck Fries rice that came with a Duck Leg. That was over the top. We also ordered the grilled asparagus which was grilled to perfection Steve checked on us often during the night.

    Always a favorite-starting with cheese and crackers!! We especially liked the off season price fix options with the wine pairings. We enjoyed the best mussels in white wine sauce that we’ve had anywhere at the DE beaches. They have a fun playlist as well!!

    Had a great waitress tonight. Her boss was great. The meal was terrific. It was hamburger night and the meat was done just right and the price together with a drink and sides was a great value. We have enough for a second meal!!
