    This was a fantastic event at Tamayo, Chef Richard Sandoval was a fantastic story teller and was basking in his signature restaurant founded 25 years ago in 2004. I have personally been coming to Tamayo for all of those 25 years. I have never been disappointed in the service and quality of the food and drink, and last night for the celebration of the Dia de los Muertos. Special drinks, food and stories from Chef were all on the menu and the applause for Chef Sandoval’s staff was refreshing. Great night and great times had by all.

    The place was packed on a Monday night, but our server was prompt, patient and on it, and Frank was in the kitchen, so what could be bad? In fact, everything was wonderful! The toughest part of the meal was choosing what to order. We shared the shrimp and the chicken dumplings, and the sashimi tuna to start. All were fresh and flavorful. But the big stars of the meal were the seabass, the scallops, and the chicken katsu dish. The seabass was some of the best fish I've eaten in a while! and the sides are excellent. But don't miss the soft-serve and ice cream sandwich!

    Dinner was excellent, my wife and I both had the short ribs and split a twice baked potato. Our server, Seana was exceptionally nice, very informative and was a joy to work with. This is the 2nd time we have eaten at Corinne's, but I can guarantee we will be back again.
