Our Gastro Pub environment celebrates the history of St. George with a photo gallery of local photos from the 1900's.Our lunch and dinner menu features pub style food from burgers, sandwiches and salads to Steak and pasta. Everything is made from scratch including our buttermilk fried chicken and our BBQ baby back ribs with green beans and coleslaw. And always save room for a homemade dessert - the strawberry rhubarb pie is a must.Our breakfast menu is the best in town. We feature our own local farm fresh eggs from our 44 chickens that live on our two acre garden ranch. We also have fresh squeezed orange juice juice daily, complimentary fresh made buttermilk biscuits, gluten free pancakes and a full menu of omelets and house specialties.A visit to Southern Utah won't be complete with stopping by George's.

    Our experience at the Cosmopolitan grill was so good. It was a little hard to find using GPS, but a quick call and they helped us out. Our waitress, Mayra, was absolutely wonderful. We were the last table and she still was so kind and spent the time with us to make it a memorable experience. She gave us a lot of great recommendations for dinner. I had the filet medallions and my boyfriend had the king salmon. Both dishes were amazing! I just wanted to say thank you for a memorable experience and caring to make our night out great!

    This was our fourth time to this fabulous hidden gem. The service is amazing, the cocktails are unique and out of this world, and the food is exceptional. Seriously, one of our most favorite places in St. George.

    This was my first trip to Hurricane, and Pig’s Ear was highly recommended. It did not disappoint. Our server knew the menu, and gave great recommendations. The food quality was impeccable.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5+ Stars! If I could give Wood Ash Rye more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The steak was so incredibly tender I could have cut it with a spoon, and the flavor was out of this world! Every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Hands down one of the best steaks I've ever had! The little anniversary surprise was such a thoughtful touch and made our evening even more special. Absolutely phenomenal food and an experience I would recommend over and over again! The Chef is AMAZING! Our waitress Summer also went above and beyond!!
