It describes dishes that merge Italian ingredients and techniques with Peruvian flavors—or vice versa—a style that emerged after Italian immigrants, particularly from Genoa, arrived in Peru during the mid-19th century. At Nicola Restaurant, you’ll discover both the latest trends in Italian and Peruvian cuisine as well as timeless classic dishes.
