    For a truly 5-star restaurant with a very high (for the Rogue Valley) price point, Decant is a little cramped and as I wear hearing aids, also quite noisy. Food and service are wonderful and the Italian-focused wine list is extraordinary.

    Our waiter Patrick was very courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. The ambience was quiet and intimate. There was pleasant music in the background and the room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The wine and cocktail menus were ample. The cuisine was varied and delicious.

    Jade was our server and I must say she was spectacular. Her knowledge of the local wine and menu offerings was second to none. Her easy going personality made our dining experience memorable. Definitely would recommend Dancin Vineyard. If you get a chance to request your server you will not be disappointed with Jade!!

    We enjoyed our dinner for 7, each ordering variations of the hibachi choices. All were delicious and presented by an obviously seasoned chef who entertained as well. The service in terms of dishes not cleared, etc. was the only small detraction.
