We have an assortment of meats, local seafood from Barnegat Light, and fresh produce from local growers.     Food was delicious good size portions on appetizers and main meals. The kids enjoyed their grilled cheese. The calamari had some bite with the fried jalapenos. The avocado sauce was surprisily good. The carrot cake was a huge slice. Tuna cooked perfectly medium rare. Was a bit noisy but to be expected be sure to make a reservation.

    Have always loved our meals at Salt, especially the filet and all the meat dishes which are always salted and cooked to perfection! We also love the parmesan fries and brussels sprouts, and they also have a dedicated gluten free fryer now which is a huge bonus for anyone who is gluten sensitive or celiac.

    Ava was our server. She was amazing. Our food came out perfect. I had chicken sienna, Jim had veal parmigiana. We shared traditional fried calamari and a bowl of delicious New England clam chowder. Our three courses came out at perfect intervals allowing us to have time to enjoy each of them and not feel rushed. Thanks to all the staff!
