    We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. This is her favorite place for Italian. We have been coming to this restaurant since 2017. From being greeted to leaving the entire staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. You could tell they enjoy working there. Emma our server was outstanding. From the appetizer to dessert was perfect. The chef, Marlin, did a perfect at the table presentation of the veal chop Parmesan special. The veal was perfectly cooked and tender. Our friend who never ate here was totally impressed with the staff and food.

    My hostess, Eris did a fantastic job! She was attentive and kind. Offered great wine recommendations, and she facilitated my experience at Cooper's Hawk exceptionally well. She was shadowed by Joe, who I was also very impressed by. I noticed how attentive he was to Eris as she navigated other tables. I hope their tips overflow in excess!
