    Everything was perfect. We started with the hummus so very fresh and tasty. Next was the kale salad bright crisp flavors enhanced with a light dressing. I had the gnocchi (just the right amount of bite and pillowy texture), he had the Skate a perfectly balanced dish.

    Everything was very fresh! Carrie our server was great and the cocktails were GREAT! vodka martini with a very cold glass and the El Jefe! We liked it so much that we ordered two! We didn't care very much for the halloumi as it had too many sauces and it was fried but the tuna crudo was yummy, dressed nicely with some slightly-hot peppers and fried onions with soy sauce. The new jersey green salad with grilled shrimp was incredible as were the oysters.

    Eno Terra is our favorite celebration destination. The food preparation and presentation is excellent. Service is courteous and attentive. Menu is thoughtful and varied. Dining at Eno Terra never disappoints.
