Vallozzi's started over 50 years ago when Helen Vallozzi was selling homemade pastas out of her home. Helen opened a take out restaurant in Latrobe, PA a few years later where her popularity exploded. In 1977, Ernie Vallozzi moved his mothers location to Greensburg where it is still open and operating today. In 2012 Ernie's son Julian expanded the tradition in to downtown Pittsburgh.     A wonderful experience, as always. The care you showed to us for having both a birthday and anniversary was greatly appreciated. Our server was phenomenal, and very open to feedback when my husband's steak came out overcooked. She understood that it wasn't her fault, which we made sure to express multiple times! The manager was kind enough to remove it from the bill, despite providing another steak, and that was also greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for everything!

    My daughter came in to celebrate a birthday, and Will and Quinn went completely above and beyond for her. From the hostess team making sure she had the perfect seating right off the bat to the incredible service throughout the night, they made sure every detail was special. Fantastic food, top-tier service, and consistent excellence as always!
