    Paravicini's has always been one of my most favorite restaurants in Colorado Springs. The atmosphere is perfect for a little Italian bistro and the Sinatra decor in the justly named room offers conversation pieces for days! I think they have some of the best carbonara you can find. Their wait and hosting staff are super friendly and helpful!

    Really exceptional dining experience. We have been before and the months in between have made quite a difference- this menu hit all the high notes; excellent variety, and nothing lacked or was off. The cocktails by Kyle are reason enough to come in, and this fall menu made the dining experience complete! Bravo!
