Exceptional service can elevate a wonderful meal into an unforgettable experience, and Jess did exactly that. She was knowledgeable, personable, attentive without ever being intrusive, and genuinely passionate about making our evening special. Her wine recommendation was absolutely outstanding and complemented our meal beautifully. She didn’t just serve dinner; she helped create an experience. It’s sophisticated without being stuffy, refined without losing its warmth, and genuinely memorable from beginning to end. Everything about the evening, from the friendly greeting to the excellent service and the delicious and meticulously prepared meal was outstanding. Having the pleasure of the chef visit our table capped our experience. Well done!
