- OTOpenTable DinerLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe went to celebrate my birthday, and there was a lovely birthday card waiting for me at our table. The service and food is exceptional. A must try is the gambas - the sauce is out of this world. This time I ordered the braised short rib, which was perfectly tender. (I've also had the halibut in the past, which is also very good, if you want something lighter). For dessert, we ordered the special made with seasonal produce and spices which was sophisticated and just the right amount, but also highly recommend the chocolate cake. Our waitress was amazing, knowledgable and very accommodating. Highly recommend!More infoHavana$$$$• Latin American• Bar Harbor•4.8
- RRobertSan Diego •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOur second evening at the Reading Room at the Bar Harbor Inn was just as impressive as our first. The room’s energy and ambiance, attentive service, and beautifully executed dishes from a thoughtfully designed menu made for another memorable dinner. We’re returning for their final night of the season—our third visit—to try more of the menu. Two nights simply weren’t enough!More infoReading Room Restaurant at The Bar Harbor Inn$$$$• Contemporary American• Bar Harbor•4.7
- EElizabethDenver / Colorado •7 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 17, 2026We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Water Street Tavern. We were warmly greeted and accommodated when we asked for a possible other table, one that we have sat at many a time and it just seemed fitting. We had the best lobster I have ever eaten and I’m in my 70’s and have had many a lobster in my day- caught that day, 2 1/4-2 1/2 pound lobster- soooo delicious. The owners came over to talk and a few other members of the staff also came by for a personal touch. They kinda know us by now, as it’s the only restaurant in Lubec we go to. All in all, I would say get there early, and enjoy every bite!!! And if you like lobster, you are in for a treat like no other! Side note: We sat next to some local celebs and that was very entertaining and engaging as well.More infoWater Street Tavern and Inn$$$$• American• Eastport•4.7
