When my friend searched for it on Google, it didn’t come up or I think it might’ve said that it’s coming soon still… so it was a little empty and awkward because I think we were maybe one of three parties Dining there! - CCynthiaGoldLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined on Oct 29, 2026We enjoyed a wonderful girls lunch to celebrate a couple of birthdays! Our server Eric had incredible energy, knowledge, professionalism and joy! We shared a few dishes and each one was fresh and flavorful! Try the short rib taquitos, halibut tacos and Ceaser salad! We started with the complimentary homemade tortillas served with two delicious salsas and whipped honey butter. Oh and the cocktail program is outstanding. We tried three different drinks and each one was thoughtfully crafted, used fresh ingredients and were refreshing!! It’s a beautiful space and we will definitely be back. Thank you Samantha and Eric!More infoEsperanza$$$$• Mexican• Manhattan Beach•4.7

- JJennaDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined on Oct 19, 2026Prior to October 13th, I managed to book a reservation for Holy Basil. It was my first time in a while visiting LA so I wanted to go out and meet up with my friends (3 of us in total) at Holy Basil. Now, I will say on a Sunday night, they are busy so I would suggest planning eating earlier on the weekends. But that's not to say they have bad service; to be fair, they had only 2 people waiting tables as fast as possible so I understand why it took a while for them to get our table ready. Just make sure to be forward to let the waiters or whomever is working to let them know about your reservation. Despite the busy night, they did so well with just trying their best to accommodate us regardless of the many hiccups that happen (wifi disconnected so our orders disappeared; they compensated with free drinks). Also, along with running out of ingredients for some dishes (again, a busy day) was another hiccup. All I can say that is I'm genuinely grateful that the staff did their best despite the rush hour. And yeah, I could give a lower rating but sometimes we have to remember that we are human at the end of the day. My friends, who are local to the area, thanked me for taking me out to an awesome Thai restaurant because sometimes, even though you can be a local, you can possibly miss out on great places if you don't explore the areas around you. I hope I can visit LA more often and hang out with friends to take them to wonderful places to hang out and eat dinner. Im gonna remember this place for a long time, thats for sure!
