Chef Hakan is a second-generation baker who learned his craft in his uncle's bakery in Istanbul. His love for baking started out with making pastries and sourdough bread at first. Hit by a pizza obsession later on, similar to Anatolian flatbread, Chef Hakan studied, experimented, and observed various pizza-making methods.     The special pizza was excellent and should be added to the menu. The staff and service were much improved from our first visit. The addition of Chantel and the Flowers tasting prompted our visit. Need more events and better advertising to take advantage of this perc.

    The hostess was pleasant and let us pick the table that we wanted. Very accommodating. The waiter and the server were eloquently served us Frank Family chardonnay, appetizer, salad, lunch, dessert and coffee in a timely manner. Very enjoyable with the meals and we definitely will be back soon.

    Patricia was a wonderful server! Our food was all delicious and for the quality of the meal, a great value! The Caesar salad was the best we have ever had…highly recommend!
