We got the 5 course tasting menu with the drink pairing and every detail was sublime. Every ingredient had a story, each flavor complimented the others, the plating was creative and beautiful and we were mesmerized and delighted with each bite! The service was great … felt cared for without overdoing it. The dishes were a perfect blend of celebrating the farm to table and true to Costa Rica experience, while also elevating each dish with innovative takes on traditional flavors. For the final course, the dessert knocked it out of the park. They created a gorgeous coffee ice cream sloth, over a caramelized banana log with some type of crunchy brittle heaven drizzle.
