Parrish, our waiter, was great! Gave us the time and space to really enjoy our meal and our time at BoA. Food was terrific, unique, tasty and I'll be going back just for that!

First time dining here since it took the place of Alpine Union. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Salmon was charred nicely and was unbelievably moist and delicious. Husband had chicken breast that he said was beautifully seasoned and not dry. We liked that these entrees came with only one side so we could avoid heavy potato or fries and just have the veggies. They do not skimp on portions either. Fried mushroom appetizer was be far best we’ve had in a long time. We’ve already recommended Saltgrass Steak House to a few family members. Definitely on our shortlist for South Lake Tahoe

Food was phenomenal, service was impeccable and all around the experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend this establishment due to their willingness to listen to their customers. They even called afterwards to find out how they did! That in itself tells you they care about their reputation.

11/3/26. We arrived and were promptly seated by the friendly hostess. We had our reservation at 5:30 which was early enough to get their special…normal price for an entire by includes a salad and desert. I ordered the NY Steak, house salad, and El Dorado sundae. My wife ordered the wedge salad, half chicken and sundae. We paid a little extra for a baked potato and duck fat Yukon gold potatoes. Everything was spot on! The server Lanae was attentive and friendly. The manager Tony came by and we had a a great conversation between servings. Overall 10/10. Will be back!

Tiny little coffee shop converted to an excellent but impressive bar. Holds say 30-40 people total. Liquor selection - especially for higher quality tequila options - was outstanding. Mixes are just right and not sticky sweet. High quality bar. Excellent bartending. Server had the whole room the week before 4th of July and handled the floor with Aplomb. Wonderful! Highly recommended. Not so much a speakeasy with some odd kitsch or location, but well worth the visit.

We always have a great experience at Riva! The service and food is always excellent! We typically sit on the patio when the weather is nice to be closer to the water and enjoy fresh air, but it was too cold (November) and late in the day (dinner), so we sat inside and still enjoyed it!
