Best Restaurants with Great Beer in Gastonia

Food and service were excellent. Fish was done to perfection (sea bass), and prime rib special was nice cut with potatoes and asparagus. Side salads are large enough to split. Shrimp cocktail was very nice with large shrimp, and extra horseradish to mix into cocktail sauce for those who like it with some heat. For a fine dining restaurant, however, the noise level was a bit high. I would have preferred the music be more subdued. It was a difficult to hear each other over the elevated music. Pricey, but not outrageously so for the quality of food. We will return.

The best cocktails in town. The best beer selection in town (if you are into high-end beers, ask for a tour of the beer cellar. A must see!). Amazing food. Make sure you have a reservation though!

Hungry for Sicilian pepperoni, sausage, onion, pepper pizza. Nice 12" pie, square cut, added red pepper brought to table by Jude (ladies ask for Jude, excellent tableside manner). Beverage Greek Elysian red wine, slight sweet finish. Came to table on hot pizza pan with perfect square cut into 16 pieces. Simply, YUM !
