Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Moorpark

Afternoon tea in The Living Room at The Penninsula Beverly Hills was an exceptional experience. I took my friend to celebrate her birthday and it did not disappoint. We had such a lovely time. Service was attentive. They made us feel special as we were doted on during our time there. Overall, the food tasted delicious. The clotted cream and lemon curd were some of the best I've ever had. And the special touches like the glass of champagne/sparkling cider, strawberries and cream and extra dessert treat felt like a bonus even though it was included. There was also a harpist who played beautifully. It was definitely one of the best afternoon tea experiences I've had and I've had a few in London, New York as well as here in Los Angeles.

Food was wonderful, service excellent, they even took the time to prepare a nut free carrot cake to accommodate for my husband’s allergies. Overall excellent and highly recommended!

Another successful afternoon tea session. So sad that the center will close temporarily, but big maintenance repairs are important. Can't wait to return in a future time. Love, love, love coming for tea!
