In the 1950's our grandfather, Giacomo, came to live the American Dream. He moved from Saviano, Italy to live in Long Island, New York. He met his wife and started a family, opening their first location in Long Island, New York, named Village Pizza. As business flourished, we moved to a larger location and changed the name to Alfieri Brothers’ Pizzeria. Again, we outgrew the size of the restaurant and relocated to a larger side of the center where we have remained since 1991. ​ The following year, Saverio Alfieri decided to head south and expand the family business by opening a location in North Texas. Since then, Saverio and his two sons, Anthony and Giacomo, have managed to create one of Dallas/Ft. Worth’s best kept secrets.     Our one year anniversary and it was amazing service as always! The meat was a little too cooked for us even when it was meant to be rare/medium rare and we love the rare meat that they did give us but it was good overall :) it was just one too many of the meats being too cooked. The grilled pineapple was absolutely divine though, will definitely be asking for that next time and definitely still coming back. Thank you so much for making our anniversary special with the complimentary dessert as well~ I made a 1 year anniversary scrapbook for me and my boyfriend and Chama Gaucha is 2 whole pages because this is our favorite place, so thank you so much!

    We had a fantastic evening last night dining at Rosebud, from the drinks to the service everything was impeccable! They have a great happy hour on Tuesdays’ that I highly recommend. We had the oysters, filet mignon, a delish vodka pasta, mac n cheese and the tater tots! Patrick and Jacobo both took care of us and they were wonderful! Will definitely be back soon!

    We had a great time celebrating our daughter’s birthday. We had the amazing garlic bread and calamari. The lemon aioli was out of this world. The Caesar salad was delicious and the meatballs were to die for! We ended the dinner with lattes and cannoli. Perfection! We will be back!
