Stephen was excellent. All the staff was most cordial and very helpful. Everyone enjoyed their food as it was perfectly cooked according to chef's direction. My wife had the bacon wrapped salmon. The bacon, for her was half done and she would have preferred no bacon and a choice of 2 or 3 vegetables. My lamb was fabulous, just not a fan of hummus. The old fashion cocktails were excellent and the wine choice that another of our party made was very very good. The starter brie is good enough to write home about. All in all a wonderful experience and we will return!

My hubby and I celebrated my birthday recently at The Stella Hotel and had a delicious dinner at Campfire. Service was amazing, waiter brought us a charcuterie board when we sat down and wished me a happy birthday. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name (future medical student from DFW area). He was pleasant and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working at Campfire. Refreshing!! It was a really great meal (Red fish and dirty rice--yum!) and a very enjoyable evening. The next day we had a quick lunch before heading out and thoroughly enjoyed the Beef Dip Sandwich and Parmesan and herb fries. This celebration was our first experience here and we will definitely be returning soon to Campfire and to The Stella Hotel!!
