We had another wonderful evening at Forgotten Tonic! It’s always one of our favorite spots for great food, drinks, and a fun night out. The Halloween décor made the atmosphere even more festive as we celebrated our oldest daughter’s birthday! Our server, Vanessa, was outstanding! She had such a warm, friendly personality and was incredibly attentive throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious, as always! I also especially appreciate their selection of vegan and vegetarian options. Our youngest daughter has a medically necessary low-protein diet, so having a variety of choices that can accommodate her dietary needs means so much to our family. Forgotten Tonic continues to be one of our favorite places, and we always look forward to coming back! Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Unforgettable Dining Experience! Collage Restaurant is truly a hidden gem in the heart of historic St. Augustine! From the moment we walked in, everything felt elegant, intimate, and incredibly romantic. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with the perfect balance of upscale sophistication and genuine hospitality. The food was absolutely phenomenal! Every dish was beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and bursting with incredible flavor. You can truly taste the passion, creativity, and attention to detail that goes into every plate. The service was equally exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. My husband and I were looking for a memorable, romantic dining experience, and Collage delivered exactly that. It’s the kind of restaurant that reminds you what fine dining should be: outstanding cuisine, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to savor every moment. If you’re visiting St. Augustine, Collage is an absolute MUST! Perfect for date nights, anniversaries, honeymoons, or simply celebrating life. We cannot wait to return! ❤️🥂
