Best Historic Restaurants in Kentwood

Haven’t been here in 5 years and didn’t disappoint! We love this place as a fancy dinner out and it was so good, our food was delicious and service was great esp guidance in different dishes/what she recommended. Always recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed another great dinner at Ruth’s Chris, celebrating our anniversary. Our server, Kurt, was excellent and gave us great recommendations. Each dish we had…crab stuffed mushrooms appetizer, petite filets (one with lobster, the other Oscar style), sides and dessert…were delicious. We look forward to our next visit!

Hopcat is one of our favorite places to dine in Grand Rapids! The food is great and the atmosphere in a historic building is awesome! I would highly recommend!!!

We had a great time last night with friends at Allora. It's classy, stylish and polished! Service was great and a special shout out to Thomas the manager who made us all feel so welcome and insured that we had a wonderful time. The tuna crudo and the octopus were highlights and I was envious of the pork chop one of our friends ordered as she said it was fantastic. A perfect place for a romantic evening or when you want to splurge and treat yourself!

We visited from Indiana to celebrate my mate's birthday. The place was amazing! The food was the best we have ever had, and the atmosphere was romantic, and the privacy was perfection for us to enjoy each other. The server, Luke immediately volunteered to take pics for us and treated us like true royalty. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate as the castle is gorgeous and decorated perfectly. We also were fortunate enough to meet the owner who was very humble and welcoming. We will be back!
