Good food, excellent service, nice atmosphere. Steak (8 Oz filet) and salmon were good. Salmon was cooked a bit more done than I prefer. Topping for salmon was good. Baked potato was excellent and the 1875 house salad was ok. Whipped butter should be traded out for real butter in a fine dining restaurant like this.

Ballard is in the atrium so expect some noise but also there was an acoustical guitar player. Shared the steak and frites. Steak was delicious but would have preferred the traditional frites rather than steak fries. Finished the meal with coffee and the chocolate bomb. Service was excellent. Lingered at the table to enjoy the music and the light show.

What a wonderful gem in downtown New Albany. Everything about this restaurant is meticulously thought out and perfectly crafted. The host, Leo- also chef and part owner, was welcoming and courteous. Our server Raj(also a sommelier) was impressive and had impeccable recommendations. Cocktails and wine were awesome; the appetizer, calamari, was scrumptious. Next up was an exquisite Caesar salad but the star of the show, the 36oz tomahawk, was cooked to perfection. Loved, loved, loved our experience. Definitely will be our new go to spot in New Albany.
