My mom’s dish came out later than the rest of our group and BEFORE they brought it out either the cook or manager came to her to apologize for her food not being out in time and he ended up giving us TWO FREE SIDES because of it; and when her plate did come out, he told her that they’ll pay the tab for it because of how late it came out! All of this happened without us having mentioning it; Jerry, our server, was the one who informed his crew about my mom’s dish not being out! EXCELLENT!!!
