Best Healthy Restaurants in Teaneck

Always a great experience- food selection the best and we love that everything under 600 calories! Big fan of their wine selection and wine flights. Calm environment despite being in busy mall and best of all you are never rushed- great choice of your goal is relaxing night catching up with old friends.

I had a business lunch at Nice Matin yesterday and everything was perfect. The food was delicious. The service was perfect and unobtrusive, and the ambience was as always great.!

Surprisingly good food and service. Excellent local restaurant.

Been going for years. Always a treat because of the remarkable consistency of food and service. Seeing the same staff visit after visit indicates a well-run establishment. For example, my wife prefers a slight variation on her mixed drink and most wait staff know exactly what it is. Adequate wine list goes well with the menu. Just enough items on the menu, plus one or two appetizer and entree specials, without being unwieldy. I think they do fish especially well. Most pleasant surprise last time was the redecorated and updated dining room. A fair value.

Great food and portions. Fun environment for a Saturday night.
