Best Vegan Restaurants in Marysville, Seattle / Eastern Washington

Another fun time at Blackfish. Excellent food and great service from Krystal. The salmon and the filet were done to perfection. Crab cakes were top notch.

Single Shot is not only Seattle gem, but consistently one of my favorite dining destinations anywhere.

Was there on Monday so had the dollar dumplings …great value. The drinks food was exceptional as always. I brought some friends from Seattle who this was there first time and they are foodies like me and they loved it.

For me, there is really nothing that feels more special than an evening at Harvest Beat. The whole vibe is warm, friendly, and familial. The food is always an exquisite adventure. I am not vegan, and would struggle to order in a vegan restaurant. The five course tasting menu is always exquisite, and I have never eaten anything there that wasn’t delicious! They were able to accommodate my sister-in-law‘s gluten intolerance, and the soup on this new menu is absolutely spectacular! I’ve been thinking about it all day long! And don’t even get me started on the elixir pairings! I like wine, but at Harvest Beat I always choose the elixirs because they are so special and delicious! I recommend this perfect restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious night out!fantastic
