Best Seasonal Restaurants in Salt Lake City

I would definitely eat here again. The service was amazing and i would recommend their 7 course journey if you’re going for the first time.

We decided to go here for my husband's birthday and it did not dissapoint! Every single food item was delicious! My husband said the filet was easily his top 2 favorite that he has ever had! The squash blossom and the burrito salad were also fantastic! It is a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for and we will definitely be back for another special occasion!

I’d eaten here once and had a fine experience, but last night’s meal blew me away. Our server Dan was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and super passionate about the menu. There was a special chef’s menu, as they recently brought in a new chef, and every single bit of the experience was next level. The flavors in the ceviche were incredible, and the short rib - omg. It was a special for the night, but is being put on their winter menu beginning in December. I order short rib often at different places with mixed results, but this was like nothing I’ve eaten and was the best I’ve ever had by a long shot. This meal was worth every penny.

Eva was really busy this Saturday night, but the staff stayed on top of the drinks, food, and service. Our server was Emily, and she was the best! Our cocktails were perfect, as were all of our plates we selected. We had the brussel sprouts, cauliflower, butternut squash stuffed shells, and shrimp and lobster ravioli. All were flavorful and delicious! Thanks for another wonderful night out!

The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and intimate. Their whiskey selection is top-notch. The cocktails are some of the most creative I've ever seen. The food was fantastic. 10 out of 10 recommend
