Best Seasonal Restaurants in Portsmouth, Rhode Island

All of our meals were delicious, and the server was helpful, friendly, and efficient.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful 4th of July dinner at The Mooring. The view over the water was perfect for the fireworks and the service was excellent. Our meals were exceptional. We eat here many times through the year, but this recent visit was spectacular!

My husband and I made a dinner reservation for our anniversary. We arrived early and were able to find a seat at the bar. When our table was ready we were seated at a very nice table. The menu was well thought out and our meals were excellent. We shared the Globe Artichoke, then I had the Ricotta Gnocchi and my husband had the lamb. Both were excellent. We finished dinner with a decadent chocolate dessert paired with a small accompaniment of sour cream and hazelnuts. It was perfect.

Always a delightful dining experience at 15 Point Road. Menu selections are plentiful and include a wide variety of options to suit your individual palate. Our waitress, Bianca, did a fabulous job making sure our needs were satisfied from the time we sat down to the time we left. Thank you, Bianca. And thank you to the owner. He is generally present during dining hours and works hard to make sure his patrons enjoy their visit. Believe me, you won’t regret stopping by. Great ambiance, delicious food, hard-working staff..… and an outstanding view of the Sakonnet Bay. What more could you ask for!!!! Fay
