Amazing service, great views and top notch food!!!

One of the nice things about the Lincoln for those of us who dine there most of the time we attend events at Lincoln Center is that even when the menu might not have changed, the way the dishes are prepared sometimes does. An example of this is the burrata appetizer, which was delicious when my wife and I shared it a few weeks back and was even more delicious this week. The burrata was as fresh and creamy as usual, but the pepperonata sauce that set it off was more piquant and the flatbread that accompanied it was more buttery that in the previous version. This is especially important for a vegetarian like me, who has only a few dishes to choose from for repeated visits. The chef continues to modify dishes on the menu, so that dining is always a bit of an adventure. A new fall and winter menu, by the way, is coming out soon.

Great dining experience as usual. Great staff and notably Stacy made us feel great. The chef came out to greet us too. The food was magnificent we even had a vegetarian person who enjoyed her meal emensely.
