My husband and I took my mother to The Courtyard Bar and Restaurant for her birthday. We didn't have starters, but we were given a shot of cauliflower soup as an appetiser, despite not been a fan of anything cauliflower, it was tasty. My husband ordered the pork belly whilst my mum and i both ordered the roast beef. I can honestly say that the food was delicious and probably the best Sunday Roast i have eaten in a very long time. Vegetable side dishes were all very tasty. For pudding we enjoyed the toffee apple crumble with custard. The venue is beautiful; the staff were very attentive and polite. We all felt it was very good value for money

This is a great venue, food was amazing travel for work so have eaten in a lot of places and this is one of the best, Staff were great, friendly and welcoming. Please do not be put off by location as perception will fail you, it is well worth a visit and meal with great selection of wines and service being spot on. Price reasonable for non standard dishes which make for something different from the normal, which is nice if you like to try something different. Shall 100% be returning with family as this time around was for wife birthday.

We had a very enjoyable lunch at the fordwich arms. Our table of four was next to the fire which was welcome on a chilly day. Service was excellent and the food equally as good. We went for the 3 course option with all courses fantastic and snacks were great too. This was my fourth time to the fordwich arms and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited Buenos Aires last night to celebrate a birthday, and we had a wonderful evening! The food was absolutely outstanding. The steaks were cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, full of flavour and simply delicious. The potatoes were equally fantastic. Every bite was a pleasure! What made the evening even more special was the excellent service. Our waiter was attentive, friendly and professional, making sure we felt welcome and well looked after throughout our visit. A special thank you to our waiter for his wonderful hospitality and to the kitchen team for preparing such incredible steaks. You truly made our celebration memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
