    We came to dine at Provence Marinaside for a friend’s birthday and it did not disappoint. We had reservations on a busy Saturday night and got seated on the patio right away. It was a tad bit chilly but they were very accommodating and turned on the fire place for us. We started with oysters and the crab and prawn cocktail and it was very fresh. For our mains we got the prawn and scallop spaghettini, crab and lobster bamboo rice, seafood linguini and wild mushroom ravioli. The portion size was perfect and the seafood was generous! The star for me was the wild mushroom ravioli - it was very rich and flavourful. We had lots of sauce leftover so we ordered the baguette and were so glad we did - hot and crusty with a soft middle it was delicious! We got the featured dessert and tarte au citron. The lemon tarte blew us away, it was the perfect balance of lemon tartness and sweetness. The service provided by Akiho was top notch. She was very attentive, friendly and funny! Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to visit for a special occasion and lovely view. We would love to return to try their happy hour!

    It was the most perfect evening to celebrate my dinner companions 80th birthday. The restaurant was accommodating for our needs, the food exquisite, the service excellent and even the 2 tables of folks sitting next to us were lovely. Thank you L'Abattoir for a fabulous experience.

    Had an excellent meal here last night. Lovely food and service. Our server was both informative and attentive. We brought a bottle from our cellar to have with our dinner for a modest corkage fee and the server even decanted it. 👍🏻
