Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Carlsbad

Thank you to Christian, Gavin, Collin and James. Food is perfect- croque madam is the best bite of food anywhere. Please never take it off the menu. Love the tonique drink so much, and the prawns are excellent. Ambience is so elegant and warm. Very big thank you to the individuals listed above who make the experience really welcoming and friendly, and make Jeune all the better to return to time and time again. Very happy to see Christian is back, place isn’t the same without him. Collin is very friendly and James is such an excellent bartender with great taste. Special thank you to Gavin who has been our waiter for 3 of our wedding anniversaries- he and Christian really make Jeune shine for us. Thank you for giving us some of our fondest and most memorable experiences to celebrate milestones in our life. Jeune is our favorite restaurant and we are very blessed to have such a spot where we live. Gavin is truly embodies the elegance you expect from a Michelin starred establishment.

Just GO!!!!! This is a Michelin star restaurant that is also an experience unto itself. The beauty of presentation to the artistry of the food to the unique and sumptuous flavors are beyond what we expected. We did the beverage pairing this was also such a treat! The evening was a celebration for us, but now we're looking for any excuse to return again. Not to be missed! Bravo, Eric Bost, for your vision and execution.

Food was great. Server was great. Only had 2 servers to cover dining room and both patios, and you could feel it in service speed. There was a compliment of food runners / busboys as well, but the experience would have been much better with even 1 more server on the floor.

Amazing food and great outdoor vibe. Highly recommend.
