We had an amazing experience at Le Bistro in Puerto Vallarta! We started with the oxtail appetizer, followed by the Apoala-style fish fillet and pulled pork mole. Each dish was beautifully prepared, with rich aromas, inviting presentation, and layers of delicious flavor. The tender oxtail was a wonderful start, while the fish fillet and pulled pork mole offered distinct, satisfying tastes that made every bite memorable. We were celebrating both our anniversary and a birthday, and the evening couldn’t have been more special. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, creating a lovely setting for our celebration. The attentive, gracious service added to the experience without taking away from the relaxed enjoyment of the meal. From the first bite to the final moments of the evening, it was a memorable celebration—we’ll definitely be back!

The service was fantastic as well as the atmosphere. The steaks were cooked perfect and the sides were excellent. The only complaint was the wine cost per bottle. We will definitely go to this restaurant again when we come back to Punta Mita.

The rib eye steaks were tender and my request to cook at MR came out perfect!! The arrachera was muy bueno! Loved the flavor of the amazing roasted veggies. My friend ordered the tacos from the starters section and they were HUGE! She could only eat one. And same for the Caesar salad, super big! The server suggested we split the salad and I’m so glad we listened to him. The ambience can be very romantic or, in our case, fun to watch sports as there are plenty of large screen tv’s. The service was excellent!! We’ll definitely be back!

Monse provided exceptional hospitality while we enjoyed a delicious dinner to celebrate our anniversary! We considered the 9-course tasting menu given the excellent value, but we wanted to try a few dishes that were not on that menu so we opted to order à la carte. Each dish was thoughtfully composed and unique in its flavor profile. The watermelon tiradito and conchinita pibil are not to be missed! We really appreciated the little gifts that were sent to us from the kitchen and bar, and we also really loved the whimsical decor. We’ll remember this experience for a long time!
