The interior surrounds a unique brick and soapstone hearth with a wood-burning oven, grill and turnspit; visible from most tables.     Crown is conveniently located on Hanover St in Manchester with a parking garage just down the street. We were able to secure an early dinner reservation two days ahead for our fist visit to Crown. When we arrived for dinner we scored an outdoor table ( first come first served) on a warm summer night. The patio seating to the rear of the restaurant was a secluded and attractive space. Had it not been for some traffic noise you would hardly know you were in the city. We were greeted promptly by our waiter Tyler who was charming and friendly and did an excellent job describing specials. Our appetizers and meal came out at just the right pace. Our party of five enjoyed local fresh oysters and great salads as appetizers. We all enjoyed every bite of our varied menu choices which included a delicious thin crust pizzas , the Salmon, veal and a burger. We highly recommend and will return.

    best caesar salad, lots of shaved parmesan cheese, great dressing, divine parmesan crisps. Get the blackened salmon on the side. Divine! I’ve been here 3x and although there are so many more things on the menu, I just can’t seem to make myself get anything else because I love the caesar so much!
