I happen to be here celebrating my wedding anniversary and we had the pleasure of having Luke as our server. HE WAS FABULOUS!!! It didn't take him long to take our drink order and he was excellent with his suggestion from appetizer, entrée, and dessert. Luke was so friendly and bubbly.. Even though he was busy he didn't forget to check on us but at the same time he didn't overly check (if you understand what I mean). We come here frequently and even though we have been to both locations Gambrills is the favorite. THANKS LUKE!!!

Delicious traditional French food with fabulous bread! So good we had to buy a loaf to bring home for breakfast. We had the escargot, artichoke with crab, crepe with seafood in a yummy lobster sauce and duck . All great dishes. Only regret was being too full to have dessert

We attended for a culinary workshop for kids. The treats prepared were phenomenal and the staff and Chef Chris leading the workshop were incredibly patient, friendly, and made for an amazing morning. I have also eaten here and had a great experience. Highly recommend, great local gem.

Fabulous place! Small and excellent ambience. Quite unique place in this area. Delicious and well presented food and drinks. Great view overlooking the Marina. Super Service and all staff very personable. A must try for locals and visitors as well.

HARBOR & HEARTH What a great experience from start to finish! First off, the weather was absolutely perfect, which made the experience even better! From the moment we were greeted to the time we were seated, the hospitality was on point! We ordered the Bmore Pizza and the Margherita Pizza, with a side of hot honey, paired with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Although the pizzas were freshly made to order in an outdoor oven, they weren’t quite as hot as I expected temperature-wise. However, they were still delicious! A special shoutout to Hannah, who was extremely attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit! Overall, it was a wonderful experience filled with good food, great service, and beautiful weather. I would definitely return

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gadsby’s Tavern was such a unique experience! They had a period character, John Hall, walking around and interacting with the tables, which made dinner feel like stepping back in time. The food was excellent. My husband did say his duck was a little dry, but overall it was still very tasty. Between the historic atmosphere, the period character, and the experience of dining in a place with so much history, it was definitely memorable. Highly recommend Gadsby’s Tavern if you’re looking for a fun, historically immersive dining experience in Old Town Alexandria!
