    I chose this place because it’s truly off the beaten path, and I’m so glad I did. My server, Amina, was amazing. She made several recommendations, and every single one exceeded my expectations. I had the burger with Swiss chard greens, followed by the chocolate mousse cheesecake topped with strawberries, which was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed two glasses of red wine from the first selections on the wine menu, and both were excellent. Amina was courteous, attentive, and provided swift, outstanding service.

    I've never been disappointed at Silo Falls. On the one occasion when things went wrong, they stepped up and corrected. Food and sevice are provided elegantly, neither rushed nor delayed.
