As usual, we enjoyed an excellent meal at Junction. The various dishes we ordered were beautifully presented with wonderful combinations of flavours. The menu is creative and never boring. Alexei was not on deck last night but Tim provided us with the same excellent service and good advice we are accustomed to here. My husband has severe hearing loss and our group included a frail 96 year old. The restaurant kindly provided us with a table separated from other diners. The quiet area allowed us to communicate without difficulty and there was plenty of space to park a wheelchair without impeding other patrons or staff. We couldn’t recommend Junction highly enough.

I had the pleasure of entertaining a Special Visitor at Spoons Riverside recently on two seperate occasions for Breakfast at 8am. Walking into Spoons, we were greeted by a number of friendly staff and was taken to our Reserved Table overlooking the majestic Murray River. It was as though you were actually right on the river - Beautiful!! The Table was set really well and we were offered our choice of drinks on arrival. This suits us as we prefer to have our Coffee/Hot Chocolate before our meal is served. The meal itself was just beautiful and tasted wonderful!! The one suggestion that we would make - Spoons use Sour Dough Bread as the base. Once toasted, this becomes really difficult to cut through with a knife, no matter how sharp it is. We would have liked the option of normal bread (toasted) as the base, which would be much easier to cut through and enjoy the topping of eggs, bacon, avocado and hollandaise sauce. A Five Star Experience with the Staff always being friendly and helpful and making sure that your experience at Spoons is Very Special!!!
