I had an early dinner with my daughter at the Main Street Bistro a place that we often go to eat ourselves in our family. The ambience is very nice. It’s pretty plain plenty of space not noisy and excellence service. The dishes are always good this evening. My daughter had shrimp and grits which she found to be excellent and I had the chicken fried chicken, which I thought was good. However, the frying was a little bit too cooked and the piece was a little bit not thick enough probably a large larger chicken breast not cooked as much would be fine. mashed potatoes, outstanding and good gravy and the green beans were excellent. My daughter had iced tea and I had two glasses of the house Chardonnay- excellent. Our service was excellent.
