Genuinely the best fine-dining experience I’ve ever had. Food 12/10, atmosphere 12/10, service somehow even better. Everything just felt effortless and perfectly done from start to finish. I don’t even want to single out specific people because the entire team was amazing and made the experience what it was. Victor, of course, just put the cherry on top. Absolutely incredible. Caprice is on another level.

A fabulous dining experience from the moment one enters the foyer. The service, ambience, steaks, sides and desserts were well beyond our experience and our expectations. We cannot wait until we return! Thank you everyone, especially Rochelle, our wonderful server, who transported us into a world of classic, luxury dining that we thought had long ago disappeared.

Since it’s my son’s birthday, we ordered a set that already have desserts. The manager is letting my son choose a favorite dessert for him to bring home. This is really touching and our whole family loves dining here.

Our party of 4 had a wonderful time enjoying a set menu of 9 sumptuous courses at lunch. Ingredients were very fresh and of excellent quality. The chef also suggested some substitutes for a couple of the guests and a change in one of the courses to porridge with a locally sourced lake fish fillet. It’s the tastiest porridge any of us ever had. We also ordered additional dim sum dishes which were delicious. I have to say the siew mai is the best I have had anywhere, and I am afraid any other siew mai eaten in the future will just pale in comparison. We would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant as a shining example of Chinese fine dining.
