Best Restaurants for Quiet Conversation in Aspen

Shhhh it's a secret! This place is really fun! You have to check in at the restaurant and wait for guide to take you back to the bar. It's a small room with a fabulous bar and fun decor. The bartender asks you about what sort of drinks you like, and makes you something individual. They have all kinds of high-end liquors and house-made syrup. The drinks are pretty spectacular. This isn't a place for a quick drink, all of this takes a little time. I rated the food 5 because I didn't want to downgrade the overall rating, but to be clear, there is very little food served here, at least at 8:30pm when we were there. Great for before or after dinner. Highly recommended.

The food is fantastic, the service is impeccable and the ambience is lovely. Mountain views and a live piano player made for a wonderful evening!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Vail Chophouse. The filet was incredible-one of the best ever. Our server, Max, was very helpful and afforded us the ability to have a leisurely dinner

Service was great, food was great. Our only complaint would be that it was warm inside!! Needed more AC.

A lovely deck, great attentive service from all staff, good food. ...will go back. thank you!
