- AAllisonBaltimore / Maryland •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoExcellent service. Delicious food. My daughter said “5 out of 5 stars” for her fish and chips. The fries were delicious. It was quiet and not particularly busy for a downtown restaurant at dinner time. Our server, Genesis, was so kind and sweet. We had a great time!More infoPhillips Seafood$$$$• Seafood• Inner Harbor•4.1
