Best Restaurants for Foodies in Gold Strike - An MGM Resort

It was a while since I returned. I am happily to say everything was as expected. Salad Bar was loaded and the Meats was just right. My servers was very energetic and attentive.

The Beauty Shop is my go-to neighborhood spot. I can always expect great service and an exciting and eclectic menu.

This is my second experience here and it was just as exceptional as the first. This was a date night and it was voiced when making the reservation, we were seated appropriately with this under consideration which only enhanced the experience. She raved about the biscuit, she had lamb and grits, perfect, with her only criticism was her filet entree was a shade to rare for her liking, when medium was requested. I had the Bucatini and seabass, both were exceptional and I look forward to my next experience.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel and ate at the Grill for lunch and dinner. The food was excellent! We split a chicken wrap for lunch. It was filled with avocado and other good stuff. It came with fries that had a delicious seasoning. For dinner we both had the Cesar Salad. He had the crab cake, which was good but not as much crab as he has had at other places. I had the short ribs and highly recommend them!

All of the courses in the afternoon tea service were excellent. While I can't remember every dish that was served, I clearly remember how delicious each one was. I would also like to recognize Sadie for her outstanding customer service. Since it was our first time dining at Chez Philippe, she made sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of from the tea service through the final course. She was attentive, friendly, and helped make the entire experience truly special. As a thoughtful touch, she even gave me the little duck that was floating in my chocolate martini cocktail as a keepsake as well as a birthday note from all the staff. It was incredibly cute, and I will always remember it along with the unforgettable dining experience. Thank you, Sadie, and the entire team at Chez Philippe, for such a wonderful afternoon.
