And since my wife is gluten sensitive, it's hard to find a restaurant with a GF bun that won't fall apart and tastes good. Redbird has it. I had the Early Bird burger, she had the Classic. I was a little disappointed that there were not more non-enchilada/taco/burrito selections. I ordered the Carne Asada which is supposed to be, and is described as, thin-sliced steak; it was about 1.5 inches thick.
